These Terms cover the studio. Swift Marks are virtual; the studio neither accepts payments nor pays out anything. These Terms govern your use of purelswiftstud.com (the "Site"), operated by Purel Swift Studio. By using the Site you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. The Site is a casino-themed social entertainment service and is not aimed at minors.

2. Nature of the Service

The Site offers free social mini games using virtual Swift Marks. Swift Marks are not money, are not redeemable for cash, prizes, gift cards, or items of value, and cannot be transferred or sold. Nothing on the Site constitutes gambling.

3. No deposits, no withdrawals

The Site does not accept payments and does not pay out. We never ask for credit card numbers or banking information. If anyone claiming to represent us asks you for payment, treat it as fraud and notify us.

4. Your studio log

You may open one free studio log. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for the activity that takes place under your ledger. We may suspend or close ledgers that abuse the Site, attempt to circumvent these Terms, or use automation.

5. Acceptable use

• No reverse engineering, scraping, or automated access.
• No attempt to trade, sell, or buy Swift Marks outside the Site (it has no value, and any such trade is void).
• No abusive, illegal, or infringing content.

6. Intellectual property

All branding, copy, code, and graphics on the Site are owned by Purel Swift Studio or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the Site for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

7. Availability

We may change, pause, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice. Because the Site is free and uses no real value, you have no entitlement to its continued availability.

8. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Purel Swift Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of virtual Swift Marks (which have no monetary value).

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer protections in your country still apply.
